Nice to virtually meet you! Here's what you need to know about me.
I bring 25 years of professional experience to my career ownership practice, most recently as the Director of Operations for a non-profit, social services organization. I live in the District of Columbia and have 2 grown sons who are both in law enforcement. Public service and helping others runs solidly in our family!
In my free time, I am a live music and theater enthusiast, I love meeting up with family and friends, and I recently discovered the benefits of Pilates. Travel, both domestic and international, is another passion of mine.
My personal struggles with the challenges a mid-career professional faces when trying to make a career change make me a motivating, yet sympathetic, partner to my career ownership clients. I look forward to helping you identify your next career move!

My mission is to guide clients toward a point of clarity, enabling them to swiftly approach and achieve their full life potential. I empower them to embrace the freedom needed for exploring options and making optimal decisions about their next steps.
As your coach, I offer a judgment-free, patient space for self-exploration, helping you understand the possibilities available and identify your goals, needs, and expectations. This process propels you forward, maximizing your potential in both career and life.
My drive to become a coach stems from a desire to make a positive impact on the world. Having survived corporate America, I empathize with the professional frustrations many clients face. Coaching provides them with the opportunity to strive for previously unconsidered goals, and I find immense joy in witnessing those ‘lightbulb moments’ when clients reach points of clarity and take their next steps.
